1. User Responsibilities
Users must use the 360 Sensi platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. All users are required to follow applicable laws and Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies while using the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Misleading advertisements or promotions
- Any activity that violates legal or regulatory requirements
Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, API keys, and login information.
If you suspect unauthorized access or security issues with your account, you must immediately notify our support team.
360 Sensi and Venkrotech Corporation will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, or usage-based fees associated with the platform.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in:
- Temporary service suspension
- Account limitation
- Permanent account termination in severe cases
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain proper consent from their customers or end-users before sending WhatsApp messages or collecting personal data.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when using the platform.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly follow Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API policies and guidelines.
Failure to comply with Meta’s policies may result in restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of WhatsApp Business API access.
